Dodge is making an electric muscle car?

Updated: Dec 15, 2021

Muscle cars can be many things, but can they be electric? When you think of Dodge you think Hellcat or the Challenger Demon. You think fast, powerful, Hemi V8s. Dodge announced that they will be making an electric muscle car. Yes, you read that right. Dodge is making an electric muscle car! Why? Well, Dodge claims “performance made us do it.” I’m not really sure what to think. Muscle cars are made to destroy the road and the drag strip with the loud V8 sounds. Electric muscle car means no loud V8 sound. Dodge says “tear up the streets, not the planet.” Its too early to tell if it will be an electric Challenger, Charger, or something totally new. Dodge’s CEO says, “If an electric motor will make it quicker, we will do it.” The car is supposedly said to have a range of 500 miles on a single charge. I’m not sure what to think or say, it’s really to early to tell. I guess we will wait until 2024.

⬇️ Read more about the logo!

This logo is called a Fratzog. This logo was used by dodge in the 60s. The word Fratzog means absolutely nothing. It is just a made up word for a fascinating logo. The Fratzog is a logo made for a futuristic car, like the era of Chrysler’s Turbine Car. This logo is representing Dodges history and thinking about its future.

I’m pretty excited to see how this car is going to turn out, but I’m also very sad to see how fast the automotive world is changing.

Thanks for reading! Be safe and have a great day! Check out my other blogs!
